Employee shall faithfully perform all duties which bay be assigned to him by tho Contracting Officer or his authorised representatives.

The term of employment shall bo from the effective date hereof untilays after the termination of hostilities between tho United States

The Governmont further agrees:

4. Tho Employee further agrees:

(a) To subscribe freely ond without reservation to any Oath of Office proscribed by the Government.

(b) To keep forever secret this employment and all information which ho may obtain by reason thereof (unless released in writing by tho Government from suchith full knowledge that violation of such secrecy may subject him to criminal proseeutionunder the Articles of War, the Espionage Aots amended, and other applicable lawa and regulations.

6. (a) All faotusl disputes arising horoundor shall be decided by the Contracting Officer, subject to written appeal within) days by the Employee to tho immediate superior of the Contracting Officer* the Employee meantime shall diligently proceed with tho performance of his duties hereunder.

(b) Wherever tho term "Contracting Officer" is used in this agreement, it shall include tho present Contracting Officer and all suooessors in office.

IN WTTHESS WHEREOF, tho Government and tho Employee have caused thle agreement to bo signed and sealed, intending to bo legally bound thereby.
